Inpatient Services
Inpatient care offers a safe, structured, and closely monitored environment for recovery. Patients live at the facility to receive intensive, multidisciplinary support. It is recommended for individuals with severe dependence, co-occurring mental health problems, or those lacking a supportive home environment.
Who it is for
- Have moderate to severe alcohol or substance dependence.
- Have co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Are at high risk of relapse.
- Lack a supportive or safe home environment.
- Need structured, 24/7 therapeutic care.
Services include
- Admission - On arrival, patients undergo a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and a personalized treatment plan is created by a multidisciplinary team.
- Medically Assisted Detox - A 14–30 day detox program designed to manage withdrawal symptoms safely under medical supervision. Includes continuous monitoring, appropriate medication, and nutritional support.
- Rehabilitation Program - A 90–180 day structured program combining individual therapy, group sessions, psychoeducation, life-skills training, vocational support, and recreational activities. Progress is regularly assessed to adjust care.
- Relapse Prevention - Focused programs to help patients identify personal triggers, manage cravings, and plan for high-risk situations. Includes practical strategies and rehearsed coping techniques.
- Therapies - A range of evidence-based approaches are used, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
