Outpatient Services
Outpatient care provides flexible support for individuals who do not require admission. It allows patients to attend therapy sessions while continuing daily life responsibilities. Outpatient care is ideal for early intervention, step-down care after inpatient treatment, or long-term therapy and monitoring.
Who it is for
- People with mild-to-moderate substance use or mental health concerns.
- Individuals completing inpatient treatment who need follow-up care.
- Family members seeking support or education about a loved one’s recovery.
Services include:
- Consultations - One-on-one clinical meetings with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, counsellors, or social workers. These sessions clarify diagnosis, review medications, set therapeutic goals, and provide referrals to appropriate programs.
- Assessments - Comprehensive evaluations including mental state examination, physical examination, substance use screening, risk assessment, and social needs review. Results inform an individualized treatment plan.
- Counselling - Individual counselling explores personal triggers, coping skills, and relapse prevention. Group therapy provides peer support and shared learning, while couple and family therapy rebuilds trust and improves communication.
- Patient-Centered Therapy - Therapies are tailored to each individual’s goals, using approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or motivational interviewing. Sessions focus on measurable progress such as reduced cravings, improved mood, and stronger coping skills.
- Family Support Programs - Includes psycho-education, therapy, and training for families to better support their loved ones in recovery. This strengthens family relationships and reduces relapse risk.
- Community & School Sensitisation - Educational programs delivered in schools, communities, and workplaces to raise awareness about mental health, substance use, and prevention strategies.
